Most services follow a simple, streamlined process:
Scheduled Visits: You choose the frequency (usually weekly, bi-weekly, or twice-weekly) based on how many dogs you have.
The "Sweep": A technician walks your yard in a grid pattern to ensure every square inch is covered.
Safe Disposal: The waste is double-bagged and either placed in your trash bin or hauled away by the company (depending on the plan).
Sanitization: Every tool and the boots are thoroughly disinfected 100 % of the time before and after each visit with a kennel-grade disinfectant between yards to prevent the spread of parasites like parvo or giardia etc.

The sign up process is pretty easy! Either fill out the forms online or just give us a call .Your quote depends on the number of dogs ,frequency of cleaning and yard size.There will be an initial cleaning fee but if you decide to sign up for a recurring service it can be waived .So you get a FREE initial cleaning.After that you only pay for your recurring service.If you have any questions just ask us.Once you sign up , you can say hello to dog -dodoo -free ,yards without any stress.We'll always notify you the day before ,the day of and approximately one hour before we arrive ,for the scheduled cleaning ,to make sure everything is in order or you wish to re schedule.
What if the yard is a bit unkept?
Between the endless responsibilities , cleaning the yard is rarely a top priority in most households.However the service cannot be provided properly if the lawn is too high and there's a very high amount of obstacles that make the technicians job practically impossible. That's totally fine! For an added fee we can clean your yard so it's in tip top shape for recurring visits.Since the fee will drastically vary we can visit your space and provide a detailed quote .We do our best to keep our prices pocket friendly.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the technician can access your yard through a gate or side entry, you don’t need to be there. We'll notify you with a text before we arrive and with a "gate-secured" photo after the service is completed.
How do you ensure pet safety and hygene?
Every technician is background checked and loves animals.For your dogs and the technicians safety , if your dog is wary of strangers they should be kept inside during the clean up.If they're friendly we'll be more than happy to have them around and we always carry little treats !All the tools used for cleaning and the techs shoes are thoroughly disinfected with a kennel grade EPA approved disinfectant.That way you can be sure hygiene is always a top priority.
Can i request a specific day and do you provide arrival windows?
You can absolutely request a specific day , however depending on the availability and your area we can't guarantee the availability.We always do our best to accommodate every customers need while ensuring it is viable for the business.
Unfortunately we can't provide arrival windows.The routes are software optimized to ensure effectiveness in order to keep prices as low as possible.
Do i have to sign a contract or make a 6 month or more commitment?
You don't have to sign any contracts and you can cancel any time you want.If you decide to make a 6 month or more commitment to take advantage of better pricing , there are ZERO fees when you decide to cancel.
What about when it rains or snows or when the weather conditions can be described as adverse?
We scoop RAIN OR SHINE. However if the rain is extremely heavy , there's a storm advisory or the snow is really tall ,we might opt to reschedule after contacting you.In most cases a clean up is still doable.
